Cory Burr has released a new version of his TI-99/4a simulator for Windows. This update consists mostly of some technical modifications including the X cpu opcode being modified so that it functions correctly, the preferences dialog now has a fast 16bit access 32K Extended Memory option, and the assembler application has been updated.
