TI Cassette WAV to FOAD utility

As mentioned in a previous message, Dick Selis has sent me a utility which converts WAV files of TI programs on cassette to a FOAD that can be used by v9t9. Make sense? In other words, you need to connect your cassette recorder to the 'line in' of your PC, and record your TI cassette programs as a WAV file. This program will then convert it to a FOAD image which can be used by v9t9.

Tursi- good question on the source. I'll have to ask him about it. His email is included on the download page; maybe you could contact him yourself to make sure that I don't screw anything up in the translation.
