I recall reading in the v9t9's accompanying speech document that the guy who made v9t9 said something to the effect that the speech emulation could emulate speech as long as it was part of the ROM image, and that on a faster computer the speech doesn't sound so bad. So does that mean that the speech info within Parsec, Alpiner, etc. can be emulated and heard? I recall reading another message on this board that someone got speech to work. Can anyone explain how to get speech to work? How do I set up the configuration files for v9t9?
