Reading TI ROM Cartridges

Hi there,

I was just wondering if it is possible to buy or
build my own ROM Cartridge reader to write
my own ROM images from my original TI cartridges.
I'm aware that there's ROM images out
there, but a) I don't like to encourage software piracy,
b) I especially think it'd be a neat project to build
one, if the electronics aren't too difficult (they may
well be.)

Can anyone help?
