TI Disk Commands

I used to own a TI about 15Yrs ago, however, I haven't used one in quite a while and was wondering if someone knew the commands to:
- List files on the disk drive DSK1. I know how to load and save them but I was wondering how does one find out what files are stored on the disk.

Also does anyone know of any good documentation on how to use the TI - I've lost all my XB manuals, etc. and was wondering if there are Electronic versions available.
