How to I run TI Stuff?

Hi, I was an avid user of a TI-99/4A in its day. I've recently stumbled upon emulators and roms, and I have no idea what this is all about. What I would like to do is have TI Extended BASIC on my PC for example, or have Parsec run. Can someone tell me where I can get software that does this in a simple way--if possible?
