Ark files are compressed files. The same as a Zip file on the PC. You have to use a program called Archiver to un-ark them. You say you have v-runner, I am not sure what that is. Is it a version of v9t9? If it is, then it may have the archiver program on an included disk. The ark file would have to be put into a folder then be acted upon by the program within the program.
