V9T9 Transfer

I have all the V9T9 programs running to transfer files to my PC, but the RECV (on the PC) never "wakes up" and recognizes that the TI TRANS program is sending something to it. The connections are fine--I was able to send the TRANS file to the TI from my PC. I've also tried all the baud rates. Anyone, anyone?
