I have the opportunity to buy a TI 99/4a PEB with disk drive but no controller, so I am looking for a disk controller card at a sensible price. Any offers? I am in UK but happy to pay shipping from US.

Pay attention to the auctions in Germany, France, and the Netherlands--you may find a good PEB for a reasonable price that way.
